Cepas

The founder of Cepas Elegidas is Brennan Firth, who was born and raised in Arizona. Firth first visited Argentina at the age of 23. A year after this visit, he began his journey and made Mendoza his home. He established the winery with a focus on vinification.

Farming for the winery takes place on sustainable farms, and grape harvesting is conducted by hand. The winemaking process includes fermentation with indigenous yeasts without the addition of enzymes. In addition, the wine is aged in barrels on lees. The annual production of Cepas Elegidas varies between 5,000 and 25,000 bottles.
