The place name Brigaldara first appeared in the 12th century in deeds of sale. In the 13th century, Brigaldara was ceded to the Augustinian monastery of Sant'Eufemia in Verona, which held it until at least the 15th century. In 1653, ownership passed from Sant'Eufemia monastery to the Fontana brothers, and in 1714, Giacomo Fontana sold the property to Margherita, the wife of Giacomo Locatelli. Later, the agricultural estate was acquired in 1928 by Renzo Cesari.

The estate encompasses 120 total hectares, with 48 planted with vineyards distributed across Valpolicella Classica, Valpantena, and Valpolicella Orientale. Holdings include properties around the villa of San Floriano, vineyards in Marano planted with Corvina and Corvinone, and the Case Vecie land in Grezzana. Grapes grown are Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, which are planted in Marcellise, and sustainable practices are used in the vineyard and cellar.
On VinoVoss, Brigaldara has 1 wine in stock: 1 red. Their average rating is 4.0 out of 5 from 40 ratings.
