Brick House

Brick House is a wine producer on Ribbon Ridge, with Doug Tunnell as its founding winemaker and owner. The first vines were planted around the old brick house in the spring of 1990. Its winemaking team includes Savannah Mills.

The southeast-facing slopes on Ribbon Ridge host 45,000 vines for estate-grown wines, with plantings beginning with Pinot Noir, followed by Chardonnay and Gamay Noir. The entire forty acres are certified for organic production, and Brick House had achieved Demeter Biodynamic certification by 2005. Native yeast strains contribute to the winemaking, while a converted horse barn houses the winery.
