Boulder Bank

Boulder Bank is a wine label of Goldschmidt Vineyards with vineyards in Marlborough. Nick Goldschmidt, the owner and winemaker of Goldschmidt Vineyards, visits Marlborough several times a year to ensure his viticultural regimen is followed.

The Kerseley vineyard lies below sea level, with river rock and sandy loam typical of vineyards near the Opawa River. Gentle afternoon breezes and cool nights allow slow, even ripening, while cane-pruning produces modest yields and separate shoots maximize grape cluster exposure. The vineyards also participate in the nationwide Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand effort. Boulder Bank’s wines include 2025 Pinot Gris and 2025 Sauvignon Blanc.
