Bodegas Frontonio is based in Alpartir, in the Sierra del Jalón, and has 27.5 hectares of bush vines. Parcels are located in Alpartir, Tobed, Inojés, Morata, Santa Cruz de Grío, and Épila. Vineyards are located between 450 and 1,030 meters above sea level, and dry-farmed bush vines were planted between 1898 and 1980. The estate is organic certified and Demeter biodynamic in conversion, and vineyards are worked by hand and ploughed with horses.

Red grapes are fermented as whole clusters in concrete vats, large wooden vats, or open-top casks, and grapes are foot-trodden for partial berry breaking. Wines are moved entirely by gravity from vatting to aging without pumps. They are aged in 17th-century rock-carved caves under Alpartir, resting in large neutral casks at 13–16 °C and over 85% humidity.
On VinoVoss, Bodegas Frontonio has 3 wines in stock: 2 red, 1 white. Their average rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 62 ratings.
