Winemaker Germán Bruzzone joined the Garzón project at its inception in 2009. Alberto Antonini is an Italian winemaker and consulting enologist for Bodega Garzón.

The property is located 18 km from the Atlantic Ocean, with vineyards planted at an altitude of 160 meters above sea level across more than 1,000 parcels. The wine range includes Tannat, Albariño, Pinot Noir, Marselan, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, and farming involves eliminating herbicides and synthetic products in favor of sustainable management. The 19,050-square-meter building has a capacity of 2.2 million liters and is certified LEED by the United States Green Building Council. Constructed on terraces using a gravity-flow system for wine production, it is equipped with stainless steel tanks, unlined concrete vats, and truncated oak vats. Its wines include Balasto.
On VinoVoss, Bodega Garzón has 10 wines in stock: 5 red, 3 white, 1 rosé, 1 sparkling. Their average rating is 3.9 out of 5 from 1,606 ratings.
