In 2006, winemaker Marco Galeazzo became the guiding force behind Bivio Italia. He was born into his family's wine business in Piedmont.

Bivio Italia's Tuscan cellars are located at Gaggiano di Poggibonsi in the province of Siena. In the vineyards, cover crops are planted to reduce erosion and control yields, and irrigation systems are utilized to optimize water usage. Wines are crafted using hand-picked grapes. Its wines include DOCG Chianti and IGT Tuscan Red made in Tuscany, DOCG Prosecco Spumante sourced from the Veneto region, IGT Pinot Grigio with grapes sourced from Friuli and Trentino Alto Adige, and Moscato d'Asti DOCG sourced from Asti in Piedmont.
