Angels & Cowboys

Angels & Cowboys was launched in 2014 as a collaboration between founder Yoav Gilat, founder of SHARE A SPLASH Wine Co., and Northern California graphic designer Michael Schwab. The winemaker is Ondine Chattan, a Sonoma County winemaker whose background includes experience ranging from boutique producers to household name brands.

Winery operations are located in Healdsburg, California. Angels & Cowboys sources its fruit from growers in Carneros, Russian River Valley, Dry Creek Valley, and select sites within the North Coast of California. Agricultural practices incorporate low-impact farming and holistic sustainability, addressing social responsibility along with the needs of the land and the people who are stewards of it. Its wines include Sonoma County Rosé, Sonoma County Proprietary Red, Traditional-method Brut, North Coast Cabernet, Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Noir.
