WINE DESCRIPTION
Yellow Tail Bubbles Moscato is a sweet, fruity sparkling wine designed to be enjoyed in its youth. Produced from grapes sourced from all over the South Eastern Australia superzone, this wine showcases the highly aromatic characteristics of the variety. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats that are sealed part way through to capture the carbon dioxide produced. The gas is trapped and dissolves into the wine giving it a frothy textured mousse. The fermentation stops prior to completion leaving residual sweetness which is balanced by the wine's acidity.

The wine's natural sweetness is well-balanced by a crisp acidity.
