Yannick Amirault Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil La Mine is a delightful, savory expression of Cabernet Franc from the Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil appellation in the Loire Valley, France. Yannick Amirault is a quality-focused producer who tends entirely to their vineyards organically and has been certified since 2009. Everything is hand harvested and a low-intervention winemaking approach is adopted, with fermentation taking place in large oak vats. The maturation occurs in in French oak barrels and sandstone amphorae for around 8-12 months prior to its release.
