Robust and decadent wine with a polished texture, boasting a fruit-forward profile that is both unctuous and succulent, with a understated chalky minerality that adds depth and nuance. However, it falls short of the nuance I was seeking, in particular after sipping the Virgillus, which offered a more elegant and sophisticated experience.

The wine's in summary appearance was a pale yellow with a greenish tint, its scent featuring accents of yeast, sour dough, and savory elements, as well as a whisper of citrus and toasted nuts. The profile was medium-bodied, with a bright crispness and a mix of fresh fruit flavors, consisting of apricot and pear, alongside a delicate roasted note. The linger was pleasant, with a touch of sweetness and a lingering bitterness. Overall, the wine was a perfect match for a variety of dishes, comprising seafood, and I was impressed by its versatility. I awarded it an additional star due to its ability to complement a wide range of flavors. I highly recommend it for those expecting a versatile and fulfilling wine.
