Wayfarer Golden Mean Pinot Noir 2023

Wayfarer Golden Mean Pinot Noir is praised for its rich, complex flavors, including black cherry, plum, and exotic spices, with a smooth, velvety finish. While some appreciate its full-bodied structure and oak influence, others find it overpowering or light. The wine's balance and elegance are frequently noted, making it a favorite among Pinot Noir enthusiasts, despite some criticism for its price and occasional soggy notes.

This Wayfarer Golden Mean Pinot Noir offers an inviting nose of juicy red cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, with subtle hints of sage and forest floor. On the palate, the wine is smooth and velvety, with a juicy core of red and dark fruit flavors that are balanced by vibrant acidity and soft, silky tannins. The finish is long and persistent, with a hint of spice that lasts long after the sip. All in all, this is an impressive, well-crafted Pinot Noir that is sure to please.
