Walt Blue Jay Pinot Noir is an exceptional wine that showcases the elegance and complexity of the Pinot Noir grape. This wine is known for its vibrant red fruit flavors, such as cherry and raspberry, which are beautifully balanced with subtle earthy undertones. The aromas are enticing, with notes of violet, rose petal, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is silky smooth, with refined tannins and a long, lingering finish.
