Volver Tarima Organic is praised as a full-bodied, fruit-forward red wine offering ripe dark fruit flavors, smooth textures, and good value. While some appreciate its balanced oak influence and velvety tannins, others note it lacks complexity. Reviews highlight consistent quality across vintages, with descriptors ranging from 'jammy undertones' to 'mineral-driven finish', making it versatile for both casual sipping and food pairings.
The 2021 Volver Tarima Organic presents a deep ruby hue, indicative of its concentrated nature. On the nose, it offers a compelling bouquet of ripe blackberries, plum, and a hint of Mediterranean herbs, underscored by a subtle minerality. The palate is robust and full-bodied, showcasing a harmonious blend of dark fruit flavors and well-integrated oak, with a touch of licorice and spice. Its velvety tannins and balanced acidity provide structure and length, culminating in a persistent finish. This wine exemplifies the expressive character of Alicante's Monastrell, offering both complexity and approachability.
