Catamos
Young and vibrant Brunello with a bold and dynamic personality, still in its early stages of development. The initial mark is one of a rich and compelling blend of cherry, blackberry, and plum notes, with a mild whisper of smoke and spices. The liveliness is well-balanced, but the tail could benefit from a bit more refinement. A promising start, with fabulous potential for further maturation.
Sanet

The tastes are complex, with touches of red and black cherries, black pepper, and black currants, all harmonious by medium-tannins. A comforting finish.
