Sceptical
Rich and well-rounded BurgundMarch wine with a deep, medium ruby color. The aromas and tones are a balanced blend of cranberry, tart cherry, pomegranate, perfumed red roses, candied hibiscus, and undertones of vanilla, all precisely smooth and refined. The 100% Pinot Noir from 60 years of vines is a testament to the wine's age and maturity. The cold maceration of a few days followed by active fermentation with temperature control resulted in a wine with a gentle and velvety texture. The 30% new oak barrels added a delicate intricacy to the wine. After a month of blending, the wine was filtered lightly before bottling, resulting in a delicate and elegant finish.
