Truly top notch Chianti, with a rich, rich garnet color and a warm, earthy background. Its aromatic profile is highlighted by a nuanced interplay of cherry and vanilla notes, with a touch of oak and terroir. The wine's tannins are well-balanced, with a smooth, mellow texture and a long, dry finish. A truly outstanding Chianti, one that I would highly recommend.

Our Chianti tasting flight begins with Villa a Sesta, a well-balanced showing with red fruit and oak notes. even as it's slightly more acidic than expected, it ultimately proves to be the strongest of the three Chiantis we sampled tonight, but unfortunately, it doesn't leave a prolonged impression.
Kishima
We thoroughly enjoyed this wine, which paired ideally with a homemade carbonara for New Year's Eve. We highly recommend purchasing more of this excellent Italian wine.
