Kozerenko
The bright green apple and citrus notes on the nose and tasting are precisely balanced, with a medley of minerality and tartness that complements the deep notes of the baked stuffed shrimp. The high minerality and salinity in the wine enhance its pairing with the dish, creating a cohesive and vibrant experience.
Facyne
Sumptuous, golden-hued wine with a rich, silky texture, boasting a light stability of sweet and savory notes, accompanied by suggestions of ripe fruit, light minerality, and a fulfilling intensity of saline character, harmoniously elevated by the aromatic bouquet of fresh herbs and the subtle, savory nuances of garlic and olive oil, accompanied by a satisfying, bracing finish, paired with a variety of succulent seafood delicacies, consisting of shrimp, clams, and mussels, and served with a generous accompaniment of fresh bread and a sprig of fragrant parsley, making for a truly lavish and satisfying dining experience.

Vignai da Duline Chioma Integrale Malvasia is praised for its bright green apple and citrus notes, balanced minerality, and saline character. While some enjoy its rich, silky texture and savory nuances, others appreciate its crisp, structured experience with hints of lime and honeysuckle. The wine's harmonious and elegant profile, with a long mineral finish, makes it a favorite for pairing with seafood.
A luminous straw hue introduces this Malvasia, exuding a bouquet of white peach, honeysuckle, and a whisper of sea spray. On the palate, it unfolds with a graceful interplay of ripe apricot and citrus zest, underscored by a saline minerality that speaks to its Friulian terroir. The wine's medium body is elegantly structured, with a vibrant acidity that enlivens its creamy texture. A subtle hint of almond emerges on the lingering finish, adding depth and complexity. This wine exemplifies the finesse and aromatic precision characteristic of top-tier Malvasia from the region.
