Mcihelle
Complex and fascinating wine with a pale lemon colour, its nose is marked by pronounced intensity, even as the texture reveals a dry, low acidity, low alcohol (fortified) texture, and a med+ body, accompanied by a pronounced intensity, long finish. The flavours include bruised apple, lemon rhind, almond, bread dough, yeast, hay, straw, acetaldehyde, nutty, mushrooms, olives, brine, and a more pronounced intensity on the palate. The finale is outstanding, making this wine a outstanding quality. It is recommended to drink it now, as it is not well suited for bottle ageing. Instead, it should be returned to the cellar for further development.
