Refreshing and elegant blend of stone fruits, with a clean crispness and a mild touch of vanilla, smooth by a floral nuance.

Elegant and polished wine with a unified evenness of citrus, stone fruit, and soft honey notes, accompanied by a soft and round texture. The color is pale yellow, with a dense and full mouthfeel that lingers pleasantly. Overall, a well-crafted wine with a sweet and soothing quality.

Elegant union of profiles and textures, with the racy acidity of the wine expertly balancing the richness of the dish.

What the web is saying

The Prisoner Unshackled Sauvignon Blanc is praised for its elegant blend of stone fruits, citrus, and floral notes, with a smooth, round texture and a velvety mouthfeel. While some appreciate its cohesive flavors and lingering finish, others find it less refined compared to New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs. The wine's refreshing, zesty character is complemented by hints of vanilla and honey.

Voss Experts3.8

The Prisoner Unshackled Sauvignon Blanc is a lively and fresh white wine that displays aromas of tangerine, gooseberry, and grapefruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a nice balance of acidity and a long, lasting finish. It is a great choice for seafood and salads, or for simply enjoying on its own.
