Hayeon
Wine that defies convention, it's a sweet indulgence that trails on the palate, leaving a lingering impression. Its muscular tannins make it a perfect pairing for a cozy evening by the fire or a sophisticated dinner setting, where it will undoubtedly be a showstopper.
Ryunseok
Young, two-year-old budget Shiraz with a raw and funky bouquet, but a juicy, spicy finish that makes up for its rough start.
Kanon
Intense and multi faceted wine with a nuanced yet persistent weight of dried herbs, prunes, and licorice on the palate, balanced by a supple and velvety texture. The tail is long and satisfying, with a gentle suggestion of pencil shavings and a crisp, dry conclusion that leaves the flavor feeling clean and refreshed. A well-balanced and curious red wine that is worth exploring.

The Last Stand Shiraz is praised for its rich, full-bodied nature, with prominent plum, red fruit, and spice notes. While some appreciate its velvety texture and complex flavors, others find it lacks depth. The wine's firm tannins and long finish are often highlighted, though opinions on its sweetness vary. It's seen as a versatile wine, suitable for both casual and sophisticated settings.
The Last Stand Shiraz presents a deep, inky purple hue, indicative of its concentrated nature. On the nose, it unfurls layers of ripe blackberries, plums, and a hint of cracked black pepper, underscored by subtle notes of dark chocolate and cedar from well-judged oak integration. The palate is robust yet elegantly structured, with velvety tannins providing a firm backbone to the wine's lush fruit core. A vibrant acidity ensures balance, leading to a lingering finish marked by nuances of dried herbs and a whisper of vanilla. This Shiraz exemplifies the quintessential boldness and finesse of South Australian terroir.
