Fermented with native grape yeasts, it undergoes no filtration or treatments, preserving the wine’s original character. Only minimal sulfites are added at bottling. Aged for three months in concrete vats, this wine achieves a unique texture and minerality. Azimut Blanc is a true expression of tradition and craftsmanship from Celler Suriol.
