Stellar Organics Merlot 2023

Well-balanced and unified blend of cherry, smoke, and oak, with a mild blackberry and violet undertone. A fair trade and organic wine, made with the finest ingredients and crafted with care.

Taxi sped by, releasing a cloud of noxious fumes and singeing the hair of the driver. She flashed her ample bosom and I warned her to be cautious of the approaching fireflies. It was a time of year, I said. Returning to my seat, I couldn't help but notice the festive atmosphere.

A bright glass of this reasonably priced wine is best enjoyed on a warm day, when it has had time to breathe and mature. The initial bouquet is defined by a tart berry fruit intensity, followed by a luscious and polished structure that gradually gives way to a gentle smokiness. As the wine ages, the profiles and aromas meld together in a cohesive balance, with the second day's release displaying a more balanced and nuanced character.
