A luminous straw hue introduces this Spasso Prosecco, with a lively effervescence that dances in the glass. On the nose, it offers a bouquet of white peach, honeysuckle, and a whisper of almond, underscored by a subtle minerality. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a fine mousse that enhances its vibrant acidity. Flavors of green apple and citrus zest are elegantly balanced, leading to a clean, brisk finish. This Prosecco exemplifies the quintessential Veneto style, offering an approachable yet sophisticated expression perfect for aperitivo or pairing with light seafood dishes.

Spasso Prosecco is crafted in the Veneto region of northeastern Italy, a renowned area for producing sparkling wines. The Glera grapes, which are the primary variety used in Prosecco, thrive in the region's temperate climate and well-drained soils. This wine undergoes the Charmat method, where secondary fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, preserving its fresh and fruity character. The result is a light, dry sparkling wine with crisp acidity, featuring notes of green apple and pear. Spasso Prosecco is designed for immediate enjoyment, offering a refreshing and approachable style for any occasion.
