Refined approach to sweetness, with just the right amount of sweetness.

What the web is saying

SIMI Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc is praised for its vibrant citrus and tropical fruit notes, crisp finish, and refreshing character. Some find it well-balanced and versatile, suitable for pairing with various dishes. However, opinions vary, with some describing it as too sweet or lacking depth. While many appreciate its value and easy-drinking nature, others feel it falls short compared to other Sauvignon Blancs.

Voss Experts3.5

SIMI Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp and refreshing white wine with aromas of ripe citrus, tropical fruits, and a hint of minerality. On the palate, flavors of juicy grapefruit and lemon zest are balanced by a bright acidity and a lingering finish. The wine is well balanced and nicely structured, making it an excellent choice for seafood dishes.
