WINE DESCRIPTION
Silvio Grasso's Barbera d'Alba is produced under the Barbera d'Alba appellation in Piedmont, Northwest Italy. Crafted by Silvio Grasso, the grapes are harvested and sorted before undergoing a warm fermentation on skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured for around 7-8 months in inert vessels to retain varietal character without seeking the influence of oak.
