Donia

Rich, full-bodied red with a deep, bold brown pigment and a subtle, pale tone. The nose is shaped by a deep interplay of macerated red fruit, rose petal, and tannin spice, with a whisper of earthy undertones. The impression is refreshed by a crisp, clean acidity, but the fruit has given way to layers of wild strawberry, warm raspberry, and red cherry, with a delicate Burgundian influence. The tannins have softened, yielding to a smooth, smooth texture, while a trace of herbal depth emerges on the midpalate, bringing thyme and earthy sousbois. A nuanced note of smoke and white pepper adds depth, before a long, clean finish.

Tybo

Clean and lively wine experience, Eben Sadie's Grenache from high altitude vines in the Piekenierskloof, fermented and aged in concrete, 75% whole bunch. This young wine is bursting with freshness and vitality, its earthy nose balanced by red fruit, lavender, rose petals, and fynbos. The fruit tones are elegant and pure, with strawberry, red cherry, and redcurrant notes, and yet the earthy and herbal hints add strength and complexity. The wine's minerality is well-balanced, with good acidity, and a long, persistent aftertaste that leaves a pleasing impression. Perfect for pairing with lamb kebabs, this wine is a impressive standout for a special occasion.
