Rich, full-bodied red with a deep, bold brown pigment and a subtle, pale tone. The nose is shaped by a deep interplay of macerated red fruit, rose petal, and tannin spice, with a whisper of earthy undertones. The impression is refreshed by a crisp, clean acidity, but the fruit has given way to layers of wild strawberry, warm raspberry, and red cherry, with a delicate Burgundian influence. The tannins have softened, yielding to a smooth, smooth texture, while a trace of herbal depth emerges on the midpalate, bringing thyme and earthy sousbois. A nuanced note of smoke and white pepper adds depth, before a long, clean finish.
