RoseRock Zéphirine Pinot Noir

Concentrated and luscious wine with a deep, berry-stained hue. Its dimensional bouquet is defined by nuances of raspberry, cranberry, and pomegranate, as its nose is redolent of underbrush and slate. The tongue is dry, with a racy brightness that cuts through the richness, and a medium tannin composition that provides a smooth, supple texture. The follow through is long and satisfying, with a elegant slate note that adds layers and complexity. Overall, a superb wine with a delightful balance of nuances and a delicate finish.

Masterful Pinot Noir with a rich, polished touch and a deep, opaque fruit profile, with subtle flavors of spice and a nuanced floral nuance. The acidity is seamlessly balanced, and the tannins are silky smooth, leaving a long lived impression. A truly exceptional wine that offers the best of Oregon's Pinot Noir tradition.

Light-bodied wine with a clear ruby hue, presenting a soft evenness of dryness and acidity, accompanied by a floral and fruity profile, with nuances of cherry, plum, and oak, in contrast the taste remains light and effortless, with a nuanced earthy undertone.
