Full bodied and soft wine with a deep, dark color. The nose is driven by by dark, succulent fruit with whispers of sweet spice and a delicate trace of earthy undertones. The sensation is round and refined, with a lively freshness and a lingering finish.
Elsssa
Light character of fresh fruits on the nose, with a light and fruity character. The profile is equally well-balanced, with a balanced acidity and a satisfying persistence. The price-quality ratio is commendable, offering excellent value for the price.
Jiong
Sophisticated and interesting wine with a rich, earthy character, featuring notes of gamey and fruity undertones. The mouthfeel is characterized by a cohesive balance of bitter and sweet flavors, with a elegant earthy undertone. Overall, a inviting and easy-drinking wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes, containing grilled meats. A solid effort, but not a standout in the world of Burgundian wines.
