What the web is saying

Root 1 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is appreciated for its rich, full-bodied character with notes of dark fruit, mocha, and spice. While some find it smooth and well-balanced, others report a harsh finish or lack of complexity. Its affordability and versatility make it a popular choice for casual gatherings, despite mixed reviews on its depth and tannin structure.

Voss Experts3.5

Root 1 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva is an intense and full-bodied Chilean red wine, featuring aromas of ripe blackberry, dark chocolate, and toasted oak. On the palate, it has a well-rounded structure of velvety tannins, with flavors of ripe blackberry, coffee, and spice. The long, lingering finish completes the wine with notes of mocha and sweet forest floor. Enjoy this bold, yet smooth Cabernet Sauvignon with a juicy steak or roasted lamb.
