WINE DESCRIPTION
Rocca delle Macìe Orvieto Classico is produced by the Zingarelli family who established their winery in 1973. The blend is predominantly composed of Trebbiano Toscano, supported by Verdello, Grechetto and Malvasia. The grapes are sourced from the historic Classico zone. On arrival at the winery, the grapes are pressed before undergoing a temperature-controlled fermentation to best preserve the fresh, fruity aromas.

Rocca delle Macìe Orvieto Classico displays a pale straw color fading to an almost water-white rim.On the nose, it offers aromas of citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, along with floral notes of white flowers. These aromas continue onto the palate, where they are complemented by a zesty acidity. In terms of flavor, this wine showcases a harmonious blend of citrus fruits, green apple, and hints of stone fruits with an underlying nuttiness reminiscent of almonds. It has a medium body and a well-balanced structure, with a pleasant finish.
