The 2021 Reeve Septime Pinot Noir presents a luminous ruby hue, indicative of its vibrant character. On the nose, it unfurls a bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and a hint of forest floor, intertwined with subtle notes of clove and rose petal. The palate is elegantly structured, showcasing a harmonious balance between its silky tannins and bright acidity. Flavors of cranberry and pomegranate are underscored by a whisper of earthy minerality, leading to a lingering, spice-tinged finish. This Pinot Noir exemplifies the finesse and complexity typical of its cool-climate origins, offering both immediate appeal and aging potential.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.
