Unique and vibrant experience was offered by the producer, Ameal. The question was, is this a grape? Nope, but the quality was evident anyway. I am intrigued by this unusual wine, and I'm glad I could contribute to its discovery. The accents of citrus, lime, and apples, with a whisper of sweetness and a delicate minerality, were a delight. Paired with a homemade potato and asparagus salad and a smoked salmon, the wine added a delightful twist. The quality was evident, and I'm glad we were able to achieve it. The sensation was worth the effort.

The nose is defined by a voluptuous and inviting olfactory profile of ripe sour green apples, gooseberry, and citrus fruits, with a mild nuance of grapefruit and a subtle floral note, during the impression is gentle and velvety, with a delightful tanginess and a steady body, yielding a lean and cleansing finish.
