Nienyin

Vibrant nose with a note of citrus, this wine's light greenish golden appearance is accompanied by a crisp, zesty taste of citrus, subtly infused with the sweetness of honeysuckle, during its ending is highlighted by a lively salinity. The wine's mouthfeel is gentle and inviting, with a lively, effervescent quality. A delightful first wine from the Lisboa region, it boasts a unique personality that sets it apart from the more subdued vinho verdes found in Portugal. I thoroughly enjoy it.

Stanley

Vibrant and lively wine with a straw yellow color, giving a nose of green apples, lemon, and mild minerals. The tongue is well-balanced, with a good taste from apples, lemon, and minerals, accompanied by nice brightness and a contenting length.

Farofa

Sophisticated and elegant wine with a elegant floral character, balanced by the sweetness of elderberry and apricots. The citrus notes of lemongrass add a touch of brightness, at the same time the follow through is balanced and lasting, making it a appropriate pairing for poultry or light fish.
