Promiscua is a red blend crafted from grapes grown in the diverse microclimates of the Douro Valley, Portugal. The region's steep terraced vineyards benefit from a Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and cooler, wetter winters, which contribute to the grapes' concentrated flavors. This wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fruit-forward profile, followed by aging in neutral oak barrels to enhance complexity without overpowering the natural characteristics. The result is a well-balanced wine with vibrant acidity and a smooth finish, suitable for immediate enjoyment or short-term cellaring.
