Ponzi Pinot Gris 2024

Nuanced exploration of Oregon's finest winemaking traditions, presented by Andy Berg from Ponzi Vineyards. The winery's commitment to stainless steel production yields a rich, full-bodied consistency and body. The aromatic profile is featured by a graceful stability of green, white, and floral notes, with a mild dash of herbaceousness and a touch of citrus freshness. The palate is rounded by a succession of bright, zesty flavors, showcasing layers of meringue, ginger, honeydew melon, and lemon zest. A delightful lasting impression is accompanied by a lingering echo of herbal and citrus notes.

Polished and smooth pinot gris with a clear entry, featuring a graceful stability of pear, cantaloupe, and earthy minerality. The dry tail is well-suited to pairing with chicken, and the drink can be enjoyed on its own without hesitation. Serve chilled.
