Alzisa
Full-bodied wine with a rich, inky color, presenting a intricate aroma of black cherries, cassis, plums, licorice, oak, leather, and cigar box, all harmoniously balanced and well-integrated. A truly outstanding wine, with no notable flaws, and a contenting finish. A well-crafted wine, with a long and delightful aging potential. A stonking offering for the price.
Fundo
Rich, full-bodied wine with a dense garnet color and aromas of figs, cherries, tobacco, and leather. The tartness is dry, with a silky grip and medium tannins. The wine has a smooth structure and a good level of complexity, with nuances of cherry, plums, chocolate, and spices that are fully developed. The aftertaste is long and satisfying, with the wine singing with age. However, the bottle is nearly empty, indicating a need to replenish the supply.
Yenjit
Rich and rich wine with a full-bodied texture, its spicy and nutty hints are expertly refined by a creamy and balanced finish, accompanied by a strong tannin profile and a well-integrated acidity. The oak aging has added intensity and complexity, and yet the fruit flavors of red berries and plum are beautifully integrated into the overall profile.

Poliziano Asinone Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is praised for its rich, full-bodied character with complex flavors of cherries, plums, forest floor, and oak. While many appreciate its smooth tannins and aging potential, some find certain vintages overly oaky or lacking in complexity. The wine's earthy undertones and spicy notes are well-regarded, making it a favorite for pairing with hearty dishes.
