Poggio Graffetta Grillo is a dry, zesty and mineral-driven white wine from the volcanic island of Sicily, located off the Italian mainland. This wine is made exclusively from the Grillo grape variety, sourced form the hilly Località Segesta vineyard. The wine is fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled-temperatures, before it undergoes around 3 months of maturation in inert vessels. The result is a crisp and refreshing wine with vibrant citrus and smoky mineral undertones that pairs delightfully with seafood dishes.
