Poggio Anima Raphael Rosato is praised for its sweet and tangy aroma, with layers of strawberry, citrus, and spice. While some find it vibrant and well-balanced, others appreciate its floral and mineral notes. The blend of Syrah and Zibbibo offers a nuanced and refreshing experience, though a few find it merely satisfactory. It's often described as a good value with a versatile pairing potential.
This Rosato presents a captivating pale coral hue, indicative of its delicate extraction. The nose is a vibrant bouquet of wild strawberry, blood orange, and a hint of rose petal, underscored by a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, it reveals a harmonious balance of bright acidity and a silky texture, with flavors of red currant and white peach. The finish is crisp and refreshing, with a whisper of saline minerality that speaks to its coastal terroir. This wine exemplifies the finesse and elegance of Italian rosato, perfect for immediate enjoyment.
