Zom-B Cowham
Rich and earthy start, with red fruit and forest whispers that set the tone. Cranberry and raspberry traces are present, but the whole bunch is more restrained than in other Pacalets. A mild black pepper and earthy subtle flavors add depth. A dash of rose and violet adds complexity. The aroma is highly appealing, with chocolate nuances also emerging. The crispness is dry, the tannins are ripe and still slightly firm, and the body is medium. The ending is long and satisfying. Overall, a very good quality wine with a lot of potential. Still young, and a remarkable return.
