Claclou Dandrea
Rich, full-bodied Shiraz and Cabernet blend with a silky texture, boasting subtle tannins. Initially, a understated zest emerged, gradually becoming more balanced as the wine's composition matured. The nose and texture were lavished with dark, succulent fruit, highlighting plum, blackberry, and black cherry. The pairing was sublime, with the Manchego cheese complementing the wine's rich, round smoothness perfectly. but the wine was consumed before it could be fully appreciated, I suspect it would continue to evolve and improve over time. I will have to seek out another bottle to fully tasting its potential.
