The Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine Vigneti del Sole Pinot Grigio is a delightful white wine that showcases the best qualities of the Pinot Grigio grape. With its pale straw color, this wine entices with its fresh and vibrant appearance. On the nose, aromas of ripe pear, green apple, and citrus fruits dominate, creating a refreshing and inviting bouquet. These fruity notes are complemented by subtle floral undertones, adding a touch of elegance to the overall aroma profile. The palate is crisp and lively, with a medium body that offers a perfect balance between acidity and fruitiness. Flavors of juicy pear, zesty lemon, and hints of tropical fruits dance on the taste buds, creating a harmonious and enjoyable experience. The finish is clean and lingering, leaving a pleasant aftertaste that invites you to take another sip. This Pinot Grigio is best served chilled and pairs wonderfully with light seafood dishes, salads, and fresh cheeses.

The wine's appearance is predominantly clear, with a gentle yellow hue. The nose reveals a well blended blend of apple and pear, but the flavor is described by a faint seamlessness of flavors, highlighting floral whispers and a light-bodied texture. The tail is pleasant, with a touch of dryness and a touch of sweetness. Overall, the wine is a refined and fulfilling experience. I would rate it 84-85 on Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast scales.
