Arletty
Hearty wine with a bold character, despite its high ABV. The tones of raspberry, oak, deep fruit, and vanilla are well-balanced, with a spicy, berry, and smoky aroma. The trail is long and satisfying.
Aloy
This wine is a gentle and full-bodied moment with no twang, a perfect match for those desiring a delicate and elegant indulging experience.
Fabricia
2013 vintage, purchased in 2022, proved to be an excellent deal considering its price. I would consider acquiring more of this wine.

Palamà Arcangelo Negroamaro Salento is praised for its rich, full-bodied character and well-balanced flavors of raspberry, oak, and deep fruit. While some appreciate its boldness and spicy, flinty aroma, others enjoy its subtle elegance and clean finish. The wine's mellow tannins and crisp freshness are consistently noted, making it a satisfying choice for many. However, its high ABV may not suit everyone.
The 2020 Palamà Arcangelo Negroamaro Salento presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its robust character. On the nose, it unfurls a bouquet of ripe black cherry and plum, intertwined with hints of dried herbs and a subtle earthiness. The palate is full-bodied and richly textured, revealing layers of dark fruit compote and a whisper of anise, supported by firm yet polished tannins. A vibrant acidity provides balance, leading to a lingering finish with notes of dark chocolate and a touch of minerality. This wine exemplifies the quintessential depth and warmth of Salento's terroir.
