Vitz
The whole shaking process was a bit of a misstep, and the repeated shaking required a considerable amount of time, which was a major letdown. However, after putting in the extra effort, the wine turned out to be quite impressive, with a rich, jammy structure and a delightful equilibrium of sweet and tart flavors, offering touches of blueberry and blackberry. The zest was spot on, and the tannins were surprisingly low. I'm not sure why the winemaker felt the need to introduce the carbonation, but it certainly made an impact. Overall, the wine was a delightful surprise, and I'm glad I gave it a second chance.
