WINE DESCRIPTION
Miguel Torres Chile Cordillera Chardonnay is a dry, oaked white wine hailing from the Limari Valley, located within Coquimbo, Chile. The grapes are hand harvested and gently whole-bunch pressed to extract the finest juice. The resulting juice is fermented in a combination of temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and oak barrels to give a mix of freshness and textural richness coupled with sweet spicy notes. Finally, the wine is matured for around 11 months prior to blending and bottling.

The Miguel Torres Chile Cordillera Chardonnay presents a medium straw color in the glass with gold reflections.The nose shows a moderate intensity of ripe tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango, complemented by hints of citrus and vanilla. These aromas continue onto the palate, where they are joined by flavors of crisp apple and pear, along with a touch of creamy oak. The wine's acidity is well-integrated, providing a refreshing and lively mouthfeel. The wine is moderate in length culminating in a ripe, fruity finish.
