Yusaku
Sophisticated wine from Menade, presenting a elegant winemaking approach. A light Verdejo, with a surprising complexity, unfolds on the palate. The nose is described by fresh and clean aromas, with green apple, pear, and bell pepper, with suggestions of lime. The tanginess is pronounced, accompanied by gentle hints of pear, lemon-lime, soapberry, and fresh grass. The ending is brief, and the body is light, making it an excellent pairing for sharp, creamy cheeses like Sainte-Maure de Touraine.
