Jamot
Second iteration of this wine has arrived, and it's been a whereas since I last had the pleasure of sipping it. The nose is driven by by the characteristic aromas of star anise, balsamic vinegar, and red cherry, which are similar to of Beunello's typical style. The tasting is well-balanced, with tannins that are slightly less pronounced than in previous vintages. However, the wine still retains a considerable amount of life, suggesting that it will continue to age well. I would recommend returning to this wine for further enjoyment.
