Substantial wine with considerable potential, but still in need of refinement. A complex and captivating nose features a concentrated floral notes of inky fruit, showcasing cassis, plums, and cherries, alongside whispers of licorice and cherry liqueur. The mouthfeel is dense and concentrated, with tannins that are firm and unyielding. A promising start, but one that requires patience and time to fully mature. Worth revisiting in a decade, but for now, it's a good candidate for further development.
