The Strevi vineyard in Valle Bagnario, known as Vigneto Scrapona, is located on a steep southwest-facing slope, planted in 1996 with cuttings from the vineyard's original vines. The soil consists of calcareous marl, and the vineyard’s incline exceeds 30%. The grapes are hand-picked with great care, followed by a gentle pressing. The must is filtered, and fermentation takes place naturally, creating foaming without the addition of sugars.
