The Strevi vineyard in Valle Bagnario, known as Vigneto Scrapona, is located on a steep southwest-facing slope, planted in 1996 with cuttings from the vineyard's original vines. The soil consists of calcareous marl, and the vineyard’s incline exceeds 30%. The grapes are hand-picked with great care, followed by a gentle pressing. The must is filtered, and fermentation takes place naturally, creating foaming without the addition of sugars. The result is an organic wine that reflects the unique terroir and traditional methods of the region, offering purity and finesse in every bottle.
