The bottle's condition was compromised by its prolonged exposure, leading to a sudden release of contents. The cork, however, was surprisingly soft and decaying, but the wine inside remained remarkably unchanged. The wine's bouquet was shaped by distinct tones of pepper, vanilla, and nuanced layers of oak.
